Get ready to reimagine your relationship with yourself, each other, the planet, and the future with a Deep-Dive workshop on Moral Imagination.
What is Moral Imagination?
Moral Imaginations is an imagination-based pedagogy to shift worldviews and deeply held narratives, connect to pre-existing intrinsic values, expand identity and foster connectedness. Imagination is used to confront and disrupt deeply held beliefs about what is possible, how change happens, and the role we can play in shifting paradigms.
Phoebe’s approach centres on the belief that all meaningful and moral forms of action begin in imagination, attention and perception, and these are muscles that can be expanded, trained and channelled towards the good of the whole.
Participants are guided through exercises that unleash creativity, expand thinking, and help them ‘see through the eyes’ of past ancestors, future generations, and an expanded present-day community, including the more-than-human world. Their approach centres on the belief that all meaningful and moral forms of action begin in imagination, attention and perception, and these are muscles that can be expanded, trained and channelled towards the good of the whole.
The methodology offers awareness-based, ontological techniques, as well as practical tools to translate this imagination into action. Moral Imaginations has been used to train ‘Imagination Activists’ in governments, corporations and non-profits with the aim of quickening the transition to a life-centric society.

The vast majority of our challenges are not resource problems, but imagination problems. What if our perception and imagination is a muscle that can be flexed to change the way we see, think and act?
Let’s gather in Stockholm on May 14th, to work out our muscle and co-imagine a different kind of future. Organised by the Inner Development Goals and facilitated by Phoebe and Moral Imaginations.
